I've been brought to The Crystal Maze (at least) 2 years ago. The theme song sounds like a sci-fi fairytale, so I thought "Why not make my cover of it?"
And I did it! With the help of LMMS and Audacity, I made this cover of the Crystal Maze theme song! Also, using the same project for the main theme cover, I managed to make a cover of the "Underscore" remix of the theme (also called the "Zone Change/Crystal Dome" variant). It's essentially a mix of both the original and 2016 themes, with a sort of "synth-wavy" feel. I also got some influences from Charlie Wheeler's cover of the theme for this one (thanks Charlie).
