Dendeng - A Love Story

We all know and love Dendeng right? Well, I REALLY LOVE DENDENG! I love it so much that my family even made me a birthday cake make of 1kg of Dendeng LOL

But have you ever wondered how it's made? Where do these magical sheets of meat come from? What's the history behind this legendary snack? It's all thanks to DDHS!!

We were fortunate to have a DDHS behind-the-scenes look at how the whole process plays out and the end result was the Dendeng products we are all familiar with but they have a wide range of products that you may not even have tried before!

Anyways, this snack is actually available all year round but for some strange reason, we tend to buy most of it during Ramadhan am I right or am I right? LOL Could Dendeng be the unofficial snack of Ramadhan bazaars in Singapore?
