»Many stories matter.« With these words the Nigerian writer Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie ended her much-admired 2009 TED talk »The Danger of a Single Story«. We were delighted to be able to welcome two women as guests to the Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus whose backgrounds and journeys through life could hardly be more different: Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel and the worldwide acclaimed novelist Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.
