NS Greenville District 9/27/15: SOU 3170 Leads a Heavy P91

On my way back from shooting the coalfields of West Virginia, the last thing I expected to see was Southern SD40 3170. But it happened, so I took advantage of my location to chase it leading heavy local freight P91 southbound on the Greenville District.

My first shot is at Seneca, SC, where the four EMDs take a breather after grinding upgrade from Clemson. I chased them to Toccoa, GA, capturing them slogging it out against the mountain at Park. The engineer said this is the loudest train he's ever been on, and after hearing the four screaming SD40-series engines, I believe him.
