Time to get that body moving and burn those calories! This full body HIIT workout is a intense short workout that will help you burn that fat. We have 8 exercises today, 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest.
Try to follow along as best as you can! Feel free to take longer breaks if you need, or if you want to add more intensity you can add a resistance band or weight.
Here is a breakdown of the exercises:
1) lateral lunge hops
2) high knees
3) 4 triceps dip w/ 4 toe touches
4) forward jump to jack backs
5) 3 mountain climbers and hold
6) 4 shoulder taps 4 jacks
7) 180 squat jumps
8) Burpees
