OK I am frustrated with this problem and swamped at work so Corners are cut and sacrifices made to keep this car on the road. old cars have seen better days as we all agree but when you spend your winters in a salt spray climate this is the result. leaking bulkheads and internal rust. very common in west coast and Florida cars. so this is a hack to fix all that.
