Witness Baptist Hospital Massacre: The Night Many Lives Were Lost in Gaza

In this episode of Witness Talk, Ahmed Al-Anqar shares his testimony from one of the darkest nights of the Gaza war, the bombing of Al-Mamadani Hospital on October 17, 2023. He was a volunteer who risked his life daily, driving through the ruins of Shuja'iyya to pull the wounded from rubble and bury the dead.

Ahmed reunited with his brother at Al-Mamadani Hospital. His brother had something urgent to tell him, but there was no time. Minutes after sunset prayers, the hospital was struck. Ahmed's brother was martyred. Ahmed's leg was shattered. As he bled on the floor of the hospital courtyard, he tied his own wound with a telephone wire and waited for help.
