Recipe im English:
Ingredients:
MARINATION:
250gm yogurt
2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp chaat masala
2 tbsp red chilli powder
Mix well
1 tsp black pepper
Half kg mutton chops
Add mixture
Mix well
Marinate 2 hours
Add cooking oil
3 medium onion
Cook until the onions turn golden brown
1 medium tomato
Add marinated chops
Cook for 10 mint
3 cup water
Cook for 45 mint
