ALTA VIA 2: 7 Days in The Dolomites in 2 Minutes 4K

In September 2022 Wessel and Lisa Smeekes tackled the half Alta Via 2 from Rifugio Plose to Rifugio Contrin. They took us along and left us with this fantastic atmospheric video, capturing the vibe of one of the most epic hiking routes in the Dolomites.

The entire Alta Via 2 can be completed in 11 to 14 days. This 7-day option covers the first somewhat less-technical half of the Alta Via 2, from Brixen / Bressanone to San Pellegrino. Don't be mistaken, the trek still offers challenging trails, the possibility of conquering Via Ferratas and accommodation in the best Italian mountains huts.
