🍔 TODAY WE’RE TRYING A REAL BURGER! 🍔
No games — just juicy beef, melty cheese, caramelized onions, and a secret sauce you’ll want on everything. 🔥🎉

What’s inside?

1½ lbs ground beef (80/20), rolled into 8 balls
Salt & pepper
8 slices of cheddar or American cheese
Lettuce, tomato, sliced onions
4 burger buns
2 Tbsp butter + 3 garlic cloves
Secret sauce: ⅔ cup mayo, ¼ cup ketchup, 3 Tbsp mustard, ¼ cup chopped pickles
Steps:

Caramelize onions in butter with salt and a pinch of sugar. Add garlic at the end.
Mix the sauce — mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickles. Instant magic.
Toast the buns in butter until golden.
Smash two meat balls per burger in a hot skillet, season, flip, top with cheese, cover.
Build it: sauce both buns, layer with veggies, double patties, and cap it off.
