Ingredients:
Boiled chickpeas ½ kg
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Green chili 4
Coriander ½ bunch
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
Roasted cumin 1 tsp
Roasted carrom ½ tsp
Curry leaves 6
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Tamarind juice 1 cup
Boiled potato 2
Jaggery 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp

Smoked pakora

Ingredients:
Chickpea flour 2 cup
Carrot 1 cup
Cauliflower 1 cup
Potato 1
Green chili 2
Coriander 2 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Baking soda ½ tsp
Onion 2
Oil as needed
Egg 2
Coal 1 piece

Ingredients:
Soda water 1 bottle
Mint 2 tbsp
Green chili 1
Lemon 1
Chaat masala ½ tsp
Black salt ½ tsp
Cucumber half
Ice as needed
