The arrangement was written by me.
This was a game that I grew up with, and while it's more of a beginner's rhythm game, there were some pretty difficult challenges in there. I recorded the gameplay video for this too, and I think missing only 3 hits after not playing the DS game for several years isn't too bad. And it still gave me a superb ranking!
As for the piano music, well, it's probably er, not completely possible. The repeated fast notes just don't work accurately on the real instruments. However, if you wanted to play it yourself, maybe you could slow it down a little bit and make it a bit more jazzy. It was pretty hard to get the acceleration lined up perfectly with the video, so it's not completely in sync during that phase, but I'm happy enough that it ended up in sync.
