ASMR: Epic Hair Brushing

Hairbrushing is one of those ASMR triggers that give me full body chills! Is this one of your top tingles, let me know in the comments. My dear friend let me brush her hair for this video while her SO filmed us. It was a delightful time. All my husband had to say was "Is this what girls do for fun when they get together?" Well it's what we do! LOL

These soft sounds help ease my anxiety, help calm me when I'm having a hard time sleeping, or when I'm just not feeling well. I wanted to share this with you, maybe you'll like it too. It's also nice to listen to as background white noise.

What is ASMR?
