Thursday 9th November 1978 'This is BBC Radio Two'. I'd recorded snippets from each of the DJ's, newsreaders and continuity on radio 2 and cut them together - James Alexander Gordon, Tony Brandon, Terry Wogan, Tom Edwards, Jimmy Young, Colin Berry, Pete Murray, David Hamilton, David Bellan, John Dunn and Chris Aldred.
From Big Ben and the news at 5am followed by the Tony Brandon show to John Dunn finishing at 7:45pm. During the recording Radio 2 moved from 1500 metres long wave to 330 and 433 medium wave.
This recording is from analogue quarter inch tape, the edits were made using a blade and splicing tape, then digitised many years later.
