Ingredients
60 g butter/ghee
50 g oil
170 g Maida
20 g cornflour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/5 teaspoon salt
Two large eggs
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract/essence
60 g curd
60 g milk
Important notes
1. 7x4 inch loaf pan
2. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
3. Cream butter, oil, and sugar minimum for 5 minutes until fluffy.
4. Add egg one at a time until fully incorporated into the batter
5. Bake the cake for 50 to 55 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean at 180°C.
6. Once the cake is done, let it rest for minimum half an hour before slicing.
All the ingredients should be of room temperature
