Sony Minidisc Recorder Not ejecting - EASY FIX!

Repairing a Sony MDS JB940 minidisc recorder to resell. Although I got it for a good price, it wasn’t working when first turning it on, was making strange noises and had a disc stuck in the machine.

Turned out it was the belt for the eject mechanism that needed replacing. A very common issue with these machines.
