Just a little something for beginners to the Art of Wing Chun.
if you are training int he Art, copy the lines on the floor and use them to improve your understanding and application of the stances and footwork.
This is only the intro to a 40 minute presentation on footwork that covered many aspects of leg skills. Including, kicking, sweeps, use of the knees and how to utilise the Wooden Dummy effectively.
In this short clip James Sinclair attempts to those new to the Art understand the footwork with use of a simple floor chart.
As always this is very basic and does not cover more advanced aspects of the footwork. We have many online videos on advanced footwork, kicks, sweeps, use of the knees and more.
