This is the first video in a series of "quick standards".. when I was first getting into jazz, I often found it difficult to track down a solid starting point for tunes in terms of playing the correct changes, and the melody. So hopefully these can provide some use as reference material for all you jazz cats out there.

"Stardust" has long been one of my absolute favourite jazz standards so seems only right to begin with this beautiful Hoagy Carmichael tune.
