Day 25 - Rowing machine intervals
Join #GoRowIndoor instructor Clare for another fun interval workout on the rowing machine. This session requires control and a bit of power as the intervals are a bit longer than normal.
You've got a short warm up to start with followed by the intervals = 5 x four minutes on, one minute rest with a stroke rate cap of 24spm (don't go above it).
