Wine Box with ''X'' Splines !

Hi guys , last July 2025 I underwent a major (right) shoulder operation where by I tore my tendon one inch off the bone ! , thus requiring rotator cuff repair.
The surgery itself was successful , however recovery post surgery has had a big impact on my life .
Recovery has been slow , the incredible isolation of feeling being stuck at home watching Netflix all day ~ eating the wrong foods left me feeling incapacitated !
My understanding was ~ rehab post surgery simply meant a simple visit to the physio once a week & doing my exercises at home ( she'll be right attitude) ......but at no stage was I prepared for the impact this experience has had regarding my mental health & confidence .
Fast forward to the first week of January 2026 , I'm back at Work & doing OK , I'm not a young man anymore & I understand my ability to recover is not the same as someone half my age .... ( I now have to work smarter no harder) .
In my own Special way , completing / finishing this project has been a therapeutic / confidence builder .
