Psychotherapist and dancer Shayna Yvonne Rudd is on a mission to change lives one step at a time with The Legends House, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit for young girls that blends dance and therapy to build confidence and resilience. Rudd joins TODAY’s Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones to talk about how dance healed her so that she could go heal others. “That’s the beautiful thing about purpose, you never know how many lives you’re actually touching,” she says. Then, 23 dancers who are part of the program deliver a powerful performance.
