DIY Miniature - How to make a miniature ARMCHAIR and SIDE TABLE | Dollhouse miniature

In this video I will show you how to make a miniature armchair and a small side table for the dollhouse. I will also show you how to make a soft seat cushion and a pillow for the armchair.

My name is Andrea and I come from Sweden. I create dollhouse miniatures in 1:12 scale. I am working on my first room box and the furniture and items I am creating now is for that room box. The theme of this room box is girl teenage room.

MATERIAL I USE
The material I use for the armchair is a two-sided white cardboard with a gray middle layer of gray recycled fiber. In Swedish it is called ”skyltkartong” and in English it is called cardboard/screenboard. This one I use is 2 mm thick. The seat cushion is made of a piece of foam material. You can also use a regular sponge. The small side table is just like the armchair made of cardboard and for the legs I use barbecue skewers

Dimensions of ARMCHAIR (in cm)
Sides: 0,5 x 7 and 0,5 x 5 (you need 4 of each)
Back: 5,5 x 5
Bottom: 5,5 x 7
Seat Cushion: 4,9 x 10,5
Back Cushion (the template) : 4,5 x 6

Dimensions of SIDE TABLE (in cm)
Table top: I used a template which is 3,5 cm
Table legs: 5 cm

The GLUE I use is Tacky Glue - Quick dry. To adjust the glue I use cotton swabs.
I also use a glue stick.
