Crystal Rogers’ Boyfriend Is Convicted of Her Murder 10 Years After She Vanished

A mom of five vanishes without a trace. Her car is abandoned, purse and phone still inside. Her boyfriend, Brooks Houck, claims she stayed up late playing on her phone… but he never calls police. Nearly a decade later, justice finally catches up.

Crystal Rogers disappeared in 2015. Suspicion fell fast on Brooks, especially when his cop brother tried to interfere with the investigation. But things took a darker turn when Crystal’s father was shot and killed just a year later.

For years, there were no arrests, just rumors of a cover-up. Then in 2023, the FBI made their move. Brooks Houck and two accomplices were charged. And in July 2025, a jury convicted him of Crystal’s murder, even though her body has never been found. But one mystery remains: Where is Crystal Rogers?
