What Makes a PERFECT Horror Movie?

It's here in October that we find ourselves in the midst of this, the spookiest of seasons. In order to celebrate this gathering of goblins, ghouls, and creatures of the night, I created a carefully curated list of some of the greatest horror films ever made from websites such as IMDb, Rotten Tomatoes, Letterbox’d, and Rolling Stone, and using an excel spreadsheet I and narrowed the top contenders to a number of 13. 

In this video, we rank these 13 horror films to determine which of them just may be the greatest work of horror ever made. In this video we examine films from the likes of John Carpenter, Stanley Kubric, George Romero, Roman Polanski, Robert Eggers and Ari Aster, as well as music from composers Howard Shore, Mark Korven, Max Steiner, and Jerry Goldsmith.

We also discuss the impact the movies have had on pop culture.
