Mutton Curry Recipe:
Ingredients:
Mutton - ½ kg
Oninons - 4(big)
Chilli - 4
Sesame oil - 10 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Jeera Powder - ½ tsp
Chilli Powder - 3 tsp
Salt - as required
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Water - as required
Preparation/Procedure:
1.Heat oil in a pressure cooker
2.Add onions & green chillies, fry until golden brown
3.add mutton pieces, fry for 2–3 minutes on medium flame
4.Add ginger garlic paste,coriander powder, jeera powder-mix well
5.Add Chilli Powder,Salt - Mix Mix Mix
6.Add water until the mutton pieces are fully submerged
7.cover with lid and pressure cook for 10–12 whistles (Village Mutton),5 to 6 whistles for City mutton.
8.Once done, add garam masala and simmer for 5 mins for nice flavor
9.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves 🌿
Serve hot with rice, roti, or biryani rice
