Since the production of KT boards requires a filtration accuracy higher than 60 meshes, the previous method of manual screen changing seriously affected the continuity of production, every day, due to shutdowns for screen changing, hundreds of kilograms of boards were scrapped and waste materials were generated, resulting in an economic loss of thousands of yuan. After adopting the TX650 filter, the factory has achieved continuous production throughout the day, effectively reducing the losses caused by shutdowns for screen changing.
