The Gateway Hotel in Madurai is situated on top of Pasumalai hill. Its surrounded by forest and Peacock sighting is pretty common. The property is in 64 acres of land. The hotel is from colonial era, 1890. It has been renovated. Our stay here was quite comfortable.
