What is a StatelessWidget ?

StatelessWidget: A StatelessWidget is a widget that will not change over time. This means that the properties of the widget, such as its size, color, and text, are defined once and cannot change. When the framework determines that a StatelessWidget needs to be redrawn, it will simply re-create a new instance of the widget with the same properties.

What is a StatefulWidget ?

StatefulWidget: A StatefulWidget, on the other hand, is a widget that can change dynamically over time. This is accomplished by keeping the current state of the widget in memory, and having the widget's build method be dependent on that state. When the state changes, the widget is redrawn with the updated state.
