A hotel's primary product is its GUEST ROOMS. So room management is very important for guest satisfaction and repeat business. Two of the core departments responsible for Room management are: Front Office and Housekeeping. Front office is responsible for booking rooms, handling rooms queries, room complaints and in the end settling bill. on the other hand housekeeping is responsible for everything inside the room such as its cleaning, maintenance and any other amenities required by the guest inside the guest room. So, it important to have a smooth coordination and continuous exchange of information between these two departments.
