This great Wilfley shaker table and other new tables are for sale. This particular Wilfley operation has for problem a user with is gold and pyrite present. They are processing between 2mm and 0mm and dumping it on the deck in one go and surges, rather than a steady state.
Therefore, the gold band is moving all over the place. The user needs to remove that hose towards the concentrate edge.
The fine gold is reporting to the same place as the coarse pyrite. Sizing the feed to the table will would allow it to work better.
It’s a feed issue rather than table.
If the user could feed the table continuously, maybe increase the tilt. It would come together nicely.
The use is trying to wash the pyrite to middlings with the hose- spraying gold against the wall in the process.
Best use table angle and cutter to produce a clean gold concentrate and a pyrite/gold middlings. Rather than pushing the pyrite to the tailings.
