In particular, Shi Yan Xu, now teaching of the Shaolin Temple Cultural Center USA. served as consultants to director George Lucas during the making of this Documentary.

START YOUR KUNGFU JOURNEY

We are currently offering on-line and in-person classes.

The Youth Kung Fu Class will be teaching various Shaolin Martial Arts, including basics skills, punching and kicking techniques, as well as conditioning and stretching techniques. The goal is to help children improve their body flexibility and overall health and also foster their martial virtues, perseverance and independence so they will become more disciplined and more confident in themselves.

ADULT PROGRAM
For professionals who are at their desks or commuting in their vehicles all day, exercise is absolutely essential, but more than that, it’s important that we all maintain positive social connections with other adults as we age.
