Young Onset Parkinson's participants seeking challenging high-intensity symptom-directed exercise to manage their Parkinson's will find a fun workout with Lauren Lewis here. This unique series of 7 exercises is complemented by 7 bonus HIIT sprints. You'll accomplish the key fitness goals with one 26-minute workout. Do it on repeat to get the full benefit. For this class you should be able to get up and down to the floor with ease or be sure to have a chair nearby. You'll also need a set of light weights and 2 optional paper plates. Lauren will offer modifications throughout to help you feel successful.
