After 6 months of healing, an immediate Zsystems tissue level implant is restored. Here Dr Joseph Sarkissian showcases every step of the abutment placement. The tooth extraction and immediate placement surgery is also shown in the introduction, as well as the laser exposure of the implant using the waterlase. The crown is fabricated on the same day using cerec technology.
