With all of my books, I search for toys that match, so we are not only learning sounds with a book, but we are also generalizing those new skills.

Generalizing means your child says moooo while you’re reading the book, but they also can say it while they are playing with their farm.

And it’s even more fun when we use books and toys at the same time!
