Make ONE JAZZ GUITAR Sound Like TWO

Have you seen Adam Smale's YouTube channel ‪@JazzRockswithAdam‬? He does deep dives into jazz harmony and theory, keeping everything clear, accessible, and fun. I'm a fan.

As it happens, Adam and I live in the same neighborhood in Brooklyn. We've met for coffee a few times. After one recent visit where we talked a lot about the incredible Lenny Breau, we decided it would be fun to make a video together at Guitar Tips HQ. We got into Lenny Breau again, as well as some of Adam's other influences, including Ed Bickert, Chet Atkins, and Lorne Lofsky.

Note: There are some technical issues here — a bit of hum in the audio, and my camera was more focused on my Shure mic than on us — but I think our musical conversation is compelling enough to overlook these.
