🍅 Vegetable Meat Lasagna Recipe 📝
400–500 g ground beef (or mixed beef/pork)
1 zucchini, diced
1 eggplant, diced
2 carrots, grated or finely chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 jar (400–500 g) ready-made pasta sauce (tomato & basil or vegetable style)
1–2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 pack/store-bought Mornay/white sauce
75–100 g grated cheese (mozzarella or mixed cheese)
9–12 lasagna sheets
100 g grated cheese for topping

🥞​ Banana Blueberry Pancakes Recipe 📝
2 ripe bananas
2 large eggs
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup fresh milk
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Butter or oil (for cooking)
Maple syrup or honey (for serving)
