Jhalmuri Masala Ingredients
Mustard Seeds - 2 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 2 Tbsp
Coriander Seeds - 2 Tbsp
Panch phoron - 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper - 20-25 pcs
Clove - 10-12 pcs
Cardamom - 3-4 pcs
Black Cardamom - 1-2 pcs
Cinnamon - 3-4 sticks
Mace(Joyotri) - 1-2 pcs
Nutmeg(Jaiphal) - ½ pcs
Bay leaf - 2-3 pcs
Dry Chili - 2-3 pcs
Onion - 2 medium size
Garlic Cloves - 20-25 pcs
Ginger - 4 inch
Green Chili - 3-4 pcs
Mustard Oil - 200 ml
Turmeric Powder - 2 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 2 tsp
Salt - 4 tsp
Water - 1-2 cup

Onion - ½
Green Chili - 4 pcs
Tomato - ½
Black Salt - 2 tsp
Muri (puffed rice) - 1 Cup
Besan sev/chanachur - 2 Tbsp
Boil Chana/Chickpea - 4 Tbsp
Jhal Chanachur - 2 Tbsp
Roasted Peanuts - 2 Tbsp
Boiled Potato - 3- 4 pcs
Coriander leaves - Optional
Jhal Muri Oil - 3 Tbsp
