It's late winter, which means it's time for critically endangered captive red wolves F1397 and M1483 to breed. Well maybe it's not quite time...
These wolves and the two pups (M1803 and M1804) they had last spring live at the Wolf Conservation Center in South Salem, NY as part of Species Survival Plan for red wolves, of which there are only about 130 in the wild.
