Honey Bee Biology with Dr. Brian Johnson

This one hour lecture covers the division of labor in the honey bee colony and includes an informative Q & A. Great primer on the honey bee endocrine system too. Dr. Johnson is an associate professor in the Department of Entomology and Nematology at the University of California, Davis and is a leading expert on the behavior, genetics and evolution of honey bees. Dr. Johnson recently published the book "Honey Bee Biology". This class is a CAMBP guest lecture. Guest lectures are offered remotely and in-person year-round.
