All there's to know about Dagbamete Apetorku Gbodzi Shrine

Torgbui Apetorku is an ancestral god handed down from generations
for the protection of Life and Property. The cardinal principles of the
worship of Apetorku are built on love, good neighborliness, respect for
human life, love and friendliness, and justice.
Unlike the Christian religion which has 10 Commandments, the worship
of Apetorku is premised on 36 Commandments.
The work of Apetorku spans the following:
• Healing of all sorts of ailments that modern medicine was unable to cure
• Protection against all forms of evil spirits
• Prayers and promises for good health, business, jobs, marriages and child
birth and protection of properties.
Membership is voluntary and never advertised. The good work of Apetorku and the testimonies of people are the source of membership.

Dagbamete is a community located in the
Akatsi South Municipal of the Volta Region of the
Republic of Ghana. It comprises Dagbamete
Township, Tsifodzekope, Ahorkope, Biekuesekope,
Nunamekpe, Dagbakope, Gborkope and Tunukope.
The main occupation of the people is farming and
trading. Dagbamete is noted for the maintenance
and custodian of culture and tradition. Traditional
Religion is the only form of religious worship in the
community.
The Akatsi Municipal Assembly conferred the
following on the community:
