Clip 3 in a series of videos giving my perspective of the before/duriing and after stages of my recent Gastric Sleeve operation in Aberdeen, Scotland. During the clip i said you were meant to avoid drinking carbohydrates...i meant to say carbonates. apologies for any confusion.
