Lesson learned--- I thought/felt I was moving slower then I actually was. It greatly surprised me when I saw the video clips later. This is definitely one of the heavier rucks I have hauled & I think I was having to put more energy into creeping than I realized and it was throwing me off in terms of my walking/creeping speed.. A helpful epiphany I can recognize now and thus correct for future use. Its why its called "training"!
