In today’s video, I’m sharing how I dry can 40 pounds of potatoes using my T-Fal pressure canner. This method isn’t for everyone, but I’ve been using it successfully for over two years now, thanks to Homesteading with the Zimmermans, where I first learned about it!

I’ll show you step-by-step how I prepare, season, and process the potatoes—no added liquid, just butter and seasonings. I also share how I make delicious pan-fried with my canned potatoes (as well as other ways I use them).
