Watch how I changed the windshield wiper motor on my 2004 Durango 5.7 HEMI SLT. The wipers would come on by themselves almost every time we started the SUV. They would sometimes come on by themselves WHILE DRIVING. There are probably better tools for some of the steps but this is what worked for me! This should be the same process for Chrysler Aspen SUVs and likely similar for the Dodge Ram. Let me know if you decided to tackle this job yourself!
