First of all - I'm so happy to be back! Vacation was great and much needed - but I was ready to get back to work. Turns out I needed my rest - because this property was A LOT OF WORK! As you'll see from the video - these 2 houses desperately needed help. Today's video is the transformation of the first. Next week I'll post the second (as I’m still editing that one up).
