In a Massachusetts criminal Superior Court case, you can file a motion to dismiss if the prosecutor (or "assistant district attorney" or "assistant attorney general") misleads the grand jury in order to get an indictment. The type of motion is often referred to as an "O'Dell Motion to Dismiss" because it is based on a Supreme Judicial Court case of Commonwealth v. O'Dell.
