After spending approximately 10 minutes of anticipated waiting on the platforms, an 8-car Keisei 3100 series EMU, operating as the 8.56 a.m. "Access Express" service bound for Narita International Airport, arrived at Chiba New Town Chuo Station at 8.35 a.m. on Track No. 2. Once the train doors were opened, I boarded the train through Car No. 1 and secured a vacant seat for the short early morning commuter rush trip of 22 minutes to Narita International Airport located in the suburban outskirts of Narita.

Soon enough, within a few seconds, all the train doors were closed, and the "Access Express" train finally departed Chiba New Town Chuo Station for the remainder of its routine early morning inter-airport commuter rush trip of 1 hour 45 minutes from Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport) to Narita International Airport via the Keikyu Lines, Toei Asakusa Line and Keisei Lines. I was soon en route for a short early morning commuter rush trip of 22 minutes to Narita International Airport located in the suburban outskirts of Narita.
