Recipe
Garret Richard Piña Colada
1 1/2oz Scarlet Ibis Rum
1 1/2oz (45ml) Coconut Mix
1/2oz (15ml) acid Adjusted Pineapple
1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
5 drops Saline solution (80g water 20g salt)
2 dashes angostura bitters
60 grams frozen pineapple
170g pebble or crushed ice
Dry blend, then blend,
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and fronds
