山河智能研制出世界最大旋挖钻机，最大成孔直径7米，助建世界最大跨度公铁两用大桥。这台钻机到底有多厉害?超级旋挖钻机SWDM1280最大成孔直径可达7米，最大成孔深度可达176米，针对大型桥梁桩基础超大、超深、嵌岩、拆装运输等方面，创造了多项关键核心技术，取得了近50件发明专利和实用新型专利。2023年年1月，山河智能超级旋挖钻机SWDM1280出征甬舟铁路西堠门公铁两用大桥;2月，这台超级旋挖钻机克服了“风大、浪高、水深、流急、裸岩”等难题，在6号墩首桩开钻，成为实战的世界最大旋挖钻机，打破了山河智能SWDM1000旋挖钻机保持的纪录。
“6号墩基础为8根钻孔灌注桩，设计桩径4.5米，设计孔深约60米，施工平面至海床面深度约25米。4.5米桩径采用三级扩径钻进工艺，单桩成孔钻进时间仅54小时，在保障精确度的同时，效率也得到提升。”山河智能副总经理朱建新介绍，目前，SWDM1280创造了旋挖钻机最大成孔直径的世界纪录。
中国工程机械学会桩工机械分会秘书长郭传新现场观摩后备受震撼，他表示，山河智能超级旋挖钻机SWDM1280真正实现了超级装备助建超级工程。

For large bridge pile foundations that are oversized, ultra-deep, embedded in rock, disassembled, assembled and transported, etc. It has created a
number of key core technologies and obtained nearly 50 invention patents and utility model patents. In January 2023, Sunward's intelligent super rotary drilling rig SWDM1280 went out to build the Xihoumen road-rail bridge on the Yongzhou-Zhou Railway; in February, this super rotary drilling rig overcame "strong winds, high waves, deep water, strong currents, and bare water". Rock" and other difficult problems, the first pile of Pier 6 was drilled, becoming the world's largest rotary drilling rig in actual operation, breaking the record held by Sunward Intelligent SWDM1000 rotary drilling rig.
"The foundation of Pier 6 is 8 bored piles. The designed pile diameter is 4.5 meters, the designed hole depth is about 60 meters, and the depth from the construction plane to the seabed is about 25 meters. The 4.5-meter pile diameter uses a three-stage expansion drilling process. The drilling time for a single pile hole is only 54 hours, which ensures accuracy while improving efficiency." Zhu Jianxin, deputy general manager of Sunward Intelligent, said that currently, SWDM1280 has set a world record for the largest hole diameter of a rotary drilling rig.
Guo Chuanxin, secretary-general of the Piling Machinery Branch of the Chinese Society of Engineering Machinery, was shocked after the on-site observation. He said that the Sunward intelligent super rotary drilling rig SWDM1280 has truly realized the super equipment to assist in the construction of super projects.
