Admir Vladavić (born 29 June 1982 in Ljubinje) is a Bosnian football player currently playing for FC Red Bull Salzburg and Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team.
His career began in a small club FK Iskra Stolac, which consisted mainly of refugees from Stolac who lived in Mostar during the Bosnian War. He was spotted there by FK Velež Mostar and soon they signed a contract. Although he was one of the youngest members of the club, he became a regular first team choice. His speed and good technical abilities made him interesting for other Bosnian clubs. Since FK Velež was playing in second division at the time, and his ambitions were much bigger, he was determined to move. FK Sarajevo showed its interest, but they could not agree. In the summer of 2005, he moved to FK Željezničar and was among the best players there.
He signed a contract for MŠK Žilina in 2007 with whom he won Slovak title. Austrian champion FC Red Bull Salzburg signed the player in July 2009 for a fee believed to be in a region of €900,000.
Good games secured him a call in national team. He made his debut on February 28, 2006 in a game against Japan
Admir and his wife, Ajla, have a son named Zinedin. His son is named after famous French player Zinedine Zidane.[1].
